Returns & Refunds

At Maypharm Global Ltd., we maintain the highest standards of quality control and medical safety. Due to the sensitive nature of aesthetic products, which often require specific storage conditions, our returns policy is designed to protect the integrity of the medical supply chain and the safety of your patients.

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are considered final. To ensure that every practitioner receives products that have been stored under strictly monitored conditions, we cannot accept returns for products that have left our secure facility, except in the specific cases of shipping errors or manufacturer defects as outlined below.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive products that are damaged during transit or have a clear manufacturer defect:

  • Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: Please email info@sarahandbendrix.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and high-resolution photographs of the damaged item, the packaging, and the batch number/LOT code.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a credit to your account at no additional cost.

3. Shipping Errors

If you receive an item different from the one ordered:

  • Do not open the product packaging or break the security seals.

  • Contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for the return and ensure the correct product is dispatched to you promptly.

  • Note: Any product with a broken seal or opened box will not be eligible for exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Under no circumstances can we accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that require cold-chain storage (refrigerated items).

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have tampered security seals.

  • Items purchased during clearance or “short-expiry” sales.

  • Orders delayed by customs clearance or local regulatory hold-ups (as the buyer is the importer of record).

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the processing and dispatch phase. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled or recalled.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
