  • Market Restriction: You acknowledge that products are sold for international export only and are not intended for use or distribution within the United States.

2. Professional Use & Medical Disclaimer

All products are intended strictly for professional use by qualified practitioners.

  • Liability: Sarah & Bendrix is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, self-administration, or unauthorized use. The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the application of the products.

3. Pricing, Payments & Currency

  • Payments: Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed through our secure third-party processors.

  • Taxation: Prices do not include local import taxes, VAT, or customs duties, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Global Logistics & Fulfillment

To ensure product freshness and access to the latest innovations, orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment hub in South Korea.

  • Liability Transfer: Liability for the goods passes to the customer once the package leaves our Korean facility.

  • Customs & Import: The customer acts as the Importer of Record. Sarah & Bendrix is not liable for goods confiscated, delayed, or destroyed by local customs authorities due to non-compliance with regional import laws.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or unauthorized B2C attempts).

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the processing and shipping phase. Once dispatched from our hub, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Product Authenticity & Storage

We guarantee that all products are 100% genuine, factory-sealed, and sourced from authorized manufacturers or primary distributors. We maintain strict Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and cold chain protocols within our Korean warehouse.

7. Returns & Refunds (Health & Safety Protocol)

Due to the medical nature and sterility requirements of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for “change of mind” as the cold chain integrity cannot be verified once a product has left our facility.
