1. Shipping Information
We provide worldwide shipping through premium couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to ensure the integrity of our products.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email immediately after dispatch.
Cold Chain Guarantee: We guarantee that every item is stored and shipped according to strict quality standards for medical devices, including temperature-controlled logistics where required.
Customs, Duties, and Regulations
Local Compliance: Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are permitted in their country and for complying with all local import regulations.
Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Customs Issues: We are not liable for orders delayed, returned, or confiscated by customs due to the buyer’s failure to comply with local regulations. In these cases, no refund will be issued.
2. Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all sales of specialized aesthetic injectable products are final. Once products have been shipped, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” because the sterility and cold chain requirements cannot be guaranteed once the product has left our facility.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days at info@sarahandbendrix.com with:
Your Order Number.
A description of the issue.
Photographs of the damaged items and the original shipping packaging.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or, if unavailable, a full refund within 30 days.
4. Failed Delivery & Cancellations
Failed Delivery: No refunds are issued for failed deliveries due to recipient absence, incorrect address, or refusal of the package. Reshipment is at the buyer’s expense.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
