My mum used make this apple drink when we were kids and I keep the tradition and regularly prepare it during autumn and winter month. It's very easy to make, healthy and filling. It's perfect afternoon snack for kids and adults. Here is a very easy recipe but you can change it to your own taste and occasion. You can also use pears, replace sugar with honey or add a bit of alcohol to spice is up (the adult version:) ENJOY!

1. Peel, cut apples, 2. add cinnamon stick or cinnamon sugar (or just brown sugar), 3. add clove (optional), 4. add water, 5. simmer for 5-10 min, just for apples to soften, 6. serve warm
